In the centre of the concrete jungle of office buildings in Barbican District of London sits the church ruins of St. Alphage Church. Founded before 1000 and built upon part of the Roman wall. A perfect blend of where the old meets the new reflects London’s diverse and long history.
I lovr seeing these old churches dotted around London in between the modern high rise buildings.
Me too! It’s such a wow factor.
